I can’t find anyone to interview

List every channel where your customers might be, rate how hard they are to reach, then go try the top two.

If you cannot find your customers through a marketing channel to do your interviews, you also will not be able to find them when it is time to sell the product. A customer interview is as much an experiment to validate the channel as it is to validate the problem.

List every channel where your customers might plausibly be. Rate how easy they are to reach and what one conversation costs you in time and money. Then go try the top two and write down what came back.

A channel that returns nobody is a finding. Write it down instead of quietly trying the next one.

What you get

  • A place to list every channel where your customers might plausibly be
  • A reach and cost rating for each one
  • A prompt to commit to the two you’ll try first, and by when

Where should we send it?

One email with the worksheet. You can unsubscribe from anything else in one click.
