How do I write a hypothesis my team can actually test?
Four steps. The fourth one is the whole point.
Building got cheap. A small team can ship a working product in a weekend, and AI pushed that cost close to zero, so the risk moved. The easiest mistake available now is building the wrong thing at speed, before anyone checked whether it was worth building. This brief is the check. Fill it in before you start, not after.
Decide what you will do with the result before you have it. This is the step teams skip, and skipping it is how a result gets argued with instead of acted on.
